We hope you will fall in love with your ikat garments but hiccups happen, right? If for some reason you want to return or exchange a purchased piece, we will be happy to figure out the best solution for you:
I want to exchange it
If you want to exchange the received item, please make a request to email@example.com. If the desired item is available and is of the same monetary value, we will send it to you once we get back the item you have ordered. If the value of the item is higher or lower, the difference will need to be covered either by us or you.
Please note that the item should be with all the original labels attached, unworn, without any damages and properly packed. If we receive the article in not its original state, we will not be able to exchange it.
Any international customs duties and taxes paid at checkout or on receipt of goods are not refundable and you will be refunded the product cost only.
I want to return it and get a refund
If you wish to send an item back and receive a refund, it needs to be returned within 14 days of being received by you. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed. It may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. This is outside of our control. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
